punctum Textredaktion was founded in 2008 by Sabine Loss, who has over ten years of professional experience in technical documentation and authoring. After obtaining a degree in German language and literature, classical archeology and Romance studies, she worked as a copy editor and project manager at a scientific publishing house.
From 2000 to 2006, she was a salaried technical author at an international software company based in Germany. In 2006 she relocated to Ireland where she was responsible for setting up and leading a team of technical authors for development projects at distributed sites.
